The SMC makes grants to further its mission and purposes (which are to further the common good and general welfare of the people of Shorewood, to improve the quality of life in Shorewood, and to help to make Shorewood a better place in which to live). If your organization desires to request a grant from the SMC, the SMC asks that you complete the SMC Grant Application Form, which is available below as either a PDF or MS Word file. The application form seeks to obtain basic information about your proposed project, so the SMC can give appropriate consideration to your organization’s request. The responses you provide to the questions on the application form do not need to be elaborate. To help organizations with their requests, there is also an example of a completed form, relating to a project the SMC recently funded.
