Who We Are
The Shorewood Men’s Club has been a part of the community since 1956, providing a space for men in the Village of Shorewood to connect, build friendships and support local causes. Through our contributions to Shorewood-based charities and organizations, we’re proud to help make Shorewood a better place for everyone.
Membership is open to all men who live or work in Shorewood-and their spouses/partners area always welcome to join in our events and activities.
What We Do
The Shorewood Men’s Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, from September through June, at the historic Hubbard Park Lodge, located at 3565 North Morris Blvd. Each evening kicks off at 6:00 p.m. with lively conversation and drinks, followed by a delicious dinner at 6:30 p.m. After dinner, enjoy engaging presentations from guest speakers who are sure to entertain, enlighten or inspire. Most evening wrap up by 8:00 p.m., but many members stick around for a friendly game of Sheepshead or another round at the bar.
Beyond great food and fellowship, our club is committed to giving back. Twice a year, we host exciting fundraisers that help us contribute over $10,000 annually to local Shorewood charities and organizations-making a real difference in the live of our neighbors.

How We Do It
Funds are raised through two events each year: our Annual Chicken and Rib BBQ and the Shorewood Men’s Club Turkey Raffle. The Annual Chicken and Rib BBQ is a community event that happens on the 2nd Saturday in June at Atwater Park on Lake Michigan. There is live entertainment all day, chicken and ribs dinners and a bar to quench your thirst. This event brings together residents, families and local businesses in support of a great cause.
The Turkey Raffle is a silent auction internal fundraiser that is held annually in November. It features an exciting selection of items donated by local businesses and residents- everything from restaurant gift cards and event tickets to unique experiences and one-of-a-kind items. Members and their spouses/partners/significant other make this an evening of fun, friendly competition and community support. All proceeds go directly toward supporting Shorewood charities, schools and organizations. Whether you’re looking for a great deal or simply want to support a great cause, the Turkey Raffle is a can’t miss event. Come bid, mingle and make a difference.
Through strong membership participation, community participation and business sponsorship, we’re able to donate over $10,000 annually to Shorewood based charities, school programs and organizations that make a positive impact on local residents.
